These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Got Rot? LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services—including but not limited to phone communication, scheduling, and project work-you agree to the following terms:
- Services
Got Rot? LLC specializes in dry rot renovation and related construction services. All service engagements are subject to availability, project scope, and mutual agreement. - Estimates and Pricing
- All quotes or estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on changes in scope or site conditions.
- A signed agreement and deposit may be required before the project starts.
- Payment Terms
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Late payments may incur a fee of [0% per month].
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work for non-payment.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a fee.
- Liability
- We are insured and take safety seriously, but we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions not visible during the initial assessment
- Delays due to weather, material shortages.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate site access and information.

- Warranty
We stand by our work. Services come with a 12 month warranty after the final walk through date. Warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces or misuse. - Use of Communication
By contacting us through phone, text, or online, you consent to receive communications from us, including estimates, updates, invoices, and occasional promotions. You may opt out at any time. - Privacy
